Corporate Sponsorship

Sistema Toronto is committed to creating opportunities for companies and brands to demonstrate their commitment to community building. When you partner with Sistema Toronto, you will be able to share with your network the work that you are doing to provide musical and intellectual opportunities to 400+ children from marginalized communities across the GTA. 

Employee Matching

Many employers support their employee's fundraising efforts and donations through Employee Matching Programs. By inquiring about corporate gift matching, your gift could make a larger impact on families in need.

Talk to your employer or human resources department to find out if they have a gift matching policy in place. Your workplace will provide you with the necessary forms to enroll in the program and, when they do, please indicate that you would like to donate to Sistema Toronto.

Non-monetary gifts can make a huge difference to Sistema Toronto. Donating musical instruments, classroom supplies, or warm clothes help us provide the best possible learning experience to students.

Non-monetary gifts can make a huge difference to Sistema Toronto. Donating musical instruments, classroom supplies, or warm clothes help us provide the best possible learning experience to our students.

Musical Instruments

We provide all of our students with musical instruments. A new violin or viola costs $500 and a new cello costs $1000. To help us reduce these costs, donate your unused or outgrown instruments. We need string instruments, bows, strings, and percussion instruments (hand drums, djembes, drum sticks, and mallets).

Not sure if your instrument is usable? Often times, it is more affordable to repair an instrument than it is to purchase a new one. We would still like to hear from you!

How To Host An Event

Looking to throw a celebration or event? Make your next concert, special event, or party a fundraiser and you and your guests will help transform the lives of at-risk children. By choosing to support Sistema Toronto with your event, you are helping provide after-school care, music education, and a community of support to marginalized families in our shared community.

Get started by downloading our Third Party Event Information Package, which will provide you with tips and tools to help you plan your event and raise funds to support Sistema Toronto.

If you are ready to plan your event, please fill out and return the Event Registration Form to us. We can send you resources, information about the program, pledge forms, and provide donors with official tax receipts.

Volunteer With Sistema Toronto

You can support Sistema Toronto by volunteering your services.

We are currently looking for volunteer teaching assistant at all locations. Anyone with a background in Orchestral Strings, Percussion, Choir, Clarinet, or Trumpet is eligible to apply. 

If you have a skill that you would like to offer, but it isn't listed above, please also get in touch to discuss it further. Tell us a bit about yourself and why you would like to get involved by writing to [email protected] or calling the Sistema Toronto office at 416-545-0200.

All volunteers will be required to obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check at their expense.

A donation of publicly traded securities is one of the easiest and most effective ways to support Sistema Toronto.

You may give stocks, bonds, futures and options, as well as shares in mutual funds and you will pay no tax on the capital gain. To make the gift of stocks & securities, fill out our Securities Transfer Form.
