What is soju?
Soju is a Korean distilled spirit with origins dating back to the 13th century. It is traditionally made with rice, barley, or sweet potato to produce a clear, colourless beverage with a taste similar to vodka but with a smoother finish.
Moon Soju is distilled right here in the GTA and crafted using only Canadian ingredients, including corn from Alberta. It’s light, ultra-smooth, and easy to sip, with a subtle flavour profile similar to vodka, but with a softer finish. Moon Soju varieties sit between 15.8% and 19% ABV.
